Sia Stuns with ‘Elastic Heart’ Performance on ‘The Voice’ [Video]

She may be adamant about not showing her face on camera but Sia knows how to deliver a truly captivating performance even from behind her trademark blond wig.

The Australian singer appeared on The Voice last night to perform an electrified version of her hit “Elastic Heart.” Though she often stays out of the spotlight during performances, this time Sia took center stage — albeit behind a curtain of platinum bangs and wide-brimmed hat.

In all black, the singer planted herself behind a mic stand to perform the ballad, which was reportedly written about her relationship with her father.

This was not Sia’s first appearance on the show; she served as an advisor to Christina Aguilera’s team in 2011. Her song “Chandelier” has been covered on the show as well.

The music video for “Elastic Heart” was criticized for perceived references to pedophilia, given its controversial casting of Shia LaBeouf and 12-year-old Dance Moms sensation and frequent Sia collaborator Maddie Ziegler. The singer explained that the two were meant to represent warring states of her own self.

What Does Sia Actually Look Like?
