Yes, you read that right. Chris Brown is being sued by a fan who claims the singer and his crew took his hat during a concert and didn’t give it back.

According to a report by TMZ, a man named Marq Stevenson filed the suit against the Virginia crooner. He claims the incident happened at a CB show in Dallas in 2015. Stevenson alleges he gave his hat to someone in Breezy’s entourage so the singer could sign it. But instead of getting the autograph, he claims he ended up getting bullied by Breezy’s crew and never got his cap back. And he wants payback.

For the stolen $25 hat, Stevenson is seeking $2,750 ($225 for his floor seat ticket, and another $2,500 for being treated poorly by Brown’s men).

Chris’ last appearance in court turned out in his favor. The singer won a custody battle with his child’s mother Nia Guzman who was trying to restrict the time the singer would be able to spend with his daughter Royalty after claiming his lifestyle was a bad influence on her health.

However, in the last two weeks Brown has had two accusations levied against him.

Last week, the singer’s security was alleged to have pushed a photographer in such a way that his $1,200 Canon lens was cracked against a wall during a yacht party.

A week prior, reports came out that Brown and his crew had been kicked off a jet that was bound for Cannes because they smoked out the aircraft. Brown has since denied those claims.
