Police are investigating after Macatawa Bank on Maple Avenue in Holland was robbed Wednesday afternoon.

According to Fox 17, the incident occurred around 3:15p.m on Wednesday.

A man walked into the bank with a handgun and demanded money. Police say the suspect was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a black mask, and white and red sneakers.

Police have released surveillance photos from the scene.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 616-355-1150 or Silent Observer at 877-887-4536.

The robbery follows two that occurred last month at the Macatawa Bank locations on Knapp Street and Burton Street in Grand Rapids. In those cases, a suspect handed a note to a teller, got the cash, and fled.
